4. How do I place an order?
Here are the steps to place an order:

(2) Go to "My Account"---"Dashboard", then you will see the coupons beside the tab. Tap "Get Now".

(3)Choose the coupon or paste the coupon code when you check out.

8. How long will it take for my orders to arrive?
The shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose when you place your order.
You can check the shipping time of diffrent shipping methods through the items detail(See Question No.6).
9. How can I check the status of my order?
Here are two ways to check the status of your order:
(1) Clicking “My Account”--”My Orders” to check it.

10. Customs Issue Please kindly note that only goods value and shipping fee are included in the price you pay(expect orders to European Union since July, 1st,2021).
Generally speaking, flat mail delivery like EUB, Mail Post, NL Mail Post, BE Mail Post and Special Line delivery like SL UK, SL EUR, SL CA, SL IT, SL DE, SL FR, SL ES will not incur customs duties.

12. How long will your order take to arrive?

(1) Processing Time: It includes payment confirmation, prepare order, quality checks and packaging. The time won't exceed 3 working days.
(2) Shipping Time: The time it takes for the shipping company to deliver the package to you. Time is dependent on the type of shipping method selected.
